Erica Mendez joined e•homes on August 2nd, 2021 as the first official Accounting Role created at e•homes. She is currently breaking ground and leading the way on establishing the foundation of policies and procedures that will lead to sound financial reporting and analysis. While building a Finance team she is responsible for the company's overall Cash Flow, Payroll, Tax, Insurance services and strategy advising.
Erica is a seasoned financial executive bringing more than 15 years of finance expertise in the Real Estate, FinTech, Private Equity investments and Government Auditing spaces. Prior to joining e•homes, she served as the Director of Finance at Software Startup. In addition to her years at Clubspeed (software company) in roles of increasing responsibility, Erica previously held leadership roles at Coldwell Banker and County of Riverside, Assessor’s Office.
Along with various certifications throughout her career, Erica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, from the University of Phoenix, Ontario, CA campus. She strives for a lifestyle of life long learning and innovation.
