There are 14 Leadership Traits that each Marine must have. As a United States Marine Corp Veteran, I’m able to demonstrate and live true to these traits, allowing me to utilize them in my personal and professional life. I have had the pleasure of inspiring and motivating several hundred employees over the years, and found my calling in Real Estate. Whether it be one-on-one mentoring and coaching, or training seminars to help agents (yes, even those outside of our organization), I enjoy being able to lead with enthusiasm and a strong knowledge base. Every good leader must be dependable, have integrity, be unselfish, and have courage. They must never ask those who look to them for guidance to do something that they themselves wouldn't be willing to do. I love nothing more than getting in the trenches with my agents, showing them the ropes, and empowering them to be their best selves, both in their professional and personal lives.
